Annual Income

Historically, the enrollee has paid only one fourth of the cost of Medicare Part B. However, some higher income enrollees in Medicare Part B now pay more than the traditional one fourth share. This provision only affects individuals whose Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is $106,000 or more, and married couples with AGI of $212,000 or more.
