Published Premium

This shows the premium you pay, even if you have no health care bills. It does not reflect the tax-preferred discount you receive (approximately one third) if you participate in "premium conversion". If you indicate you are enrolled in Medicare Part B, it includes the Medicare premium, but does not include any Part B premium reimbursements. Part B premium reimbursements are reflected in the yearly cost estimates.
